It’s a prerequisite for joining our Nation. And while that means we’re passionate people - from geeks to creatives to meat heads - that passion is guided. Hard work and incredible challenges aren’t a chore, but rather an exciting experience. We are committed to delivering brilliant designs every time. Oh, and we have tons of fun along the way.
It begins with a silly idea that someone finds amusing. It turns into an insightful observation, and then it becomes a surprising opportunity to make people smile.
We are No Sleeve Nation - Seal and Mr. Smithers, former desk jockeys, now owners and designers of hand-cut sleeveless athletic apparel. While Seal has spent most of his life without sleeves, it is his passion for being sleeveless 24/7/365 that started an idea to start a “Nation” of sleeveless followers. Mr. Smithers quickly joined the “Nation” after realizing a creative connection, a shared confident attitude, and an uncanny affinity for pop culture.
It is our mission to provide comfortable, sleeveless athletic apparel to the Nation that says, Yes, I’m dedicated to hitting the gym 5 days a week. Still, I’ve also watched Back To The Future enough to know that you need 1.21 gigawatts of electricity to power the flux capacitor, but the only power source capable of generating that is a bolt of lightning.
